Accepting these terms

These terms apply between you and Hamiltons Realty, a real estate brokerage with a registered office at Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using hamiltons-realty.com or contacting us through it, you agree to them.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

What this website is

This site presents information about communities and developments in Sharjah and gives you a way to reach our brokerage team. It is a source of information and an introduction service.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, a reservation or a guarantee of availability. A property is only reserved once you have signed the developer's or seller's own documentation and met their payment requirements.

Property information

• Prices, service charges, payment plans, unit availability and handover dates come from developers and sellers and can change without notice.
• Renders, videos, virtual tours, masterplans and floor plans are indicative. Finishes, layouts, views and landscaping may differ from what is shown.
• Areas and dimensions are approximate and measured to different standards by different developers.
• Yields, rental figures and drive times are illustrative estimates, not promises of performance.

Enquiries and contact

When you submit an enquiry or message us, you confirm the details you give are yours and accurate, and you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry and about comparable properties in Sharjah. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Intellectual property

The Hamiltons name, logo, page layouts, written content and photography commissioned by us are owned by or licensed to Hamiltons Realty. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or reuse our content commercially without written permission.

Third-party material and links

Some imagery, brochures, plans and specifications belong to the relevant developers and are shown for information purposes. Developer and community names and marks belong to their owners. Where we link to external sites, we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Do not submit false enquiries, spam, or another person's contact details without their consent.
• Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-copy content from the site.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions you make based on information published here without independent verification. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
